Monitoring

I have just started rolling out my monitoring service. The monitoring is actually done by a company called Zenith InfoTech and I now have two clients on it. It provides for server and desktop hardware, software monitoring and Microsoft patch rollouts. It's a great service and I wish to get all of my clients on the server to be proactive instead of being reactive to issues. Servers are $50 per server per month and each desktop is $10 per desktop per month.

  1. Could you explain more? Does the $60 a month make it so that my computer never crashes?

  2. Hey Jenn, It's $50 for a server and $10 for a desktop. Basically it updates your computers, monitors the hardware, and everything else. It can help keep them from crashing because it monitors hardware such as the hard drive and if there are any errors that can then lead to your hard drive dying and you losing your data. It's been great and i have caught many things. it's nice.

Windows or Mac will always crash because programs are buggy.
